Delivery

Delivery Availability
If you have received an email informing you of your delivery and the dates and times are not suitable, please reply to the email within 24 hours of receipt with your preferred dates and times. We will endeavour to rearrange to more suitable dates and times.
Tracking
You will receive an email confirming your consignment number or place on the company’s daily delivery schedule. Please check your consignment number each morning for your update, i.e., ‘Out for Delivery,’ if delivery is via our Third-Party courier firm. Alternatively, check your email each morning for an update on your place within the company’s daily delivery schedule.
Drivers Calling Ahead
Third-Party courier firms will be passed your contact number; however, we cannot guarantee they will call ahead. Company delivery drivers will, however, endeavour to call on your day of delivery.
Large/Bulky Orders
Please ensure there is at least one able-bodied person available at the property for the delivery to assist with unloading. For more details, please see our Delivery/Returns information.

Using the Website

Samples
Samples are available on our website to purchase for 90% of products and will be posted out 1st Class Royal Mail within 24 hours of the order. If a sample is not received within 72 hours (excluding weekends), please email sales@komscape.co.uk and we will arrange for another sample to be posted FOC – Colours and Shades will differ from screen to screen and device to device as well as the lighting in your room.

Returns

Stock Availability
We endeavour to keep our stock availability up to date. However, some items might become unavailable due to increased demand and manufacturer shutdowns (e.g., COVID-19). We will inform you of any issues and offer refunds or substitutes as per our Terms and Conditions.
